A quintessence of agricultural India, mustard fields are an integral part of the rural indian landscape. These mustard fields are and shall remain a part of my earliest memories of travelling in India, as a kid and subsequently as an adult. The color yellow signifies prosperity, well-being and fertility and not surprisingly, intrinsically tied up with indian culture, amply demonstrated during festivals and celebrations.This sea of yellow, sways in mirth and threatens to drown you in its brilliance and simplicity. A symphony of nature and beauty at its best!
