As we know, lots of campaign is designed for healthy people to educate them how to prevent diseases. But rare care are showed to the people who already be infected, such as aids.
The truth is "one in five patients do not know their HIV status, two in five haven't seen HIV doctor, three in five do not regular see their doctore..."(from ad)
This in+care campaign is designed for the people who live with AIDS,aiming to retain the patients in HIV care and prevent them from out of care, sponsored by the HRSA HIV/AIDS Bureau through collaboration with the National Quality Center (NQC)

The most touching idea in the campaign is the the statement that" For the Campaign we’re not just measuring outcomes, we’re actively improving lives. After all it’s not data, it’s people."
It shows the love to people! The care about lives!
The significant impact of this campaign already help numerous people back to receive the medication they need, also, those patients are helping other peers.
