Ad that targets me about a service/product that I have positive attitude toward was "Ocean World" ad. Ocean world is a name of huge swimming amusement park in Korea. They had a big promotion and this ad poster was all over the place during this summer with famous singers/actresses. I say this ad targets me because I go to swimming amusement park every summer. I used to go to another swimming amusement park, which is a competitor of "Ocean World". However, this new ad of "Ocean World" actually made me really want to try that place, and I indeed went there in August. I think this ad is very good because it delivers the message of active/fun/interesting place with those models wearing bikinis.
On the other hand, ad that targets me but I don't like to see are promotion ads especially for cosmetics. This ad targets me because it was made for women around my age. I don't believe in the effects of cosmetics, (especially cheap ones with bad quality). I have negative attitude towards those ads that try to sell more by attracting naive/ignorant customers with extra samples or with saying that they will give people free samples. In this attached ad, it says in Korean that "We give this to 10 people". I have never seen anyone around me given those advertised free samples and I think it highly probable that they lie.
