Kent Country Show

Mostly, rural countries are known as the underdeveloped areas and lack of communication with the urban cities. However, in England, there is a well-known countryside named Kent county. Every year, an agriculture show will be host by the Kent County Agricultural Society at Detling near Maidstone in Kent, England.In the show, the produce of Kent farmers alongside a livestock and other entertaining evens, such as blacksmithery will be broadcast.

Grown up in cities, most people are not familiar with rural section. So the country view and lifestyle are novel and interesting to us. Since the first show in 1929, the show becomes the window for rural Kent life, attracting around 100,000 visitors each year.

As it is once said by the mayor in Gravesend at the first Kent County Show, "the greatest advertisement the town had been privileged to enjoy".
