Although not every one of us is a tech-savvy, we are bombarded by technologies. One of them is social network, such as Facebook and Twiter. Just like you need to know how to use Google, Facebook and Twiter are essential to our generation, or the younger ones. You need to be a sophisticated Facebook/Twiter user so that you could manage your social network efficiently and safely. As the number of Facebook/Twiter user increases, advertisers see the opportunity: it’s an old-fashion way to put up an advertisement; the heart of the story is about advocacy. As a social network, people pass the information/comments/opinions along with individuals’ networks. Advertisers are more mindful of what consumers think of their products. This technology offers me a way to understand how advertisers interact with their potential consumers as well as how the dynamic between advertisers and consumers has been changed.
